Practice Management Technology without training is like, well… a box

I was chatting with a client the other day about the importance of ensuring his practice staff receive adequate training with his practice management software. Technology in itself is ever evolving, and dental software is rapidly developing to bring new advantages to business success.
Our ABELDent software is intuitive and easy to use, and each new version brings new efficiencies and convenience. So your staff needs to be aware of and understand the new features. As the saying goes, “You don’t know what you don’t know.”
Ongoing training is a critical investment.
“But what happens,” lamented my client, “if I spend time and money in training my staff, and they leave?”
