We currently seek professional individuals to complement our results-driven ABELDent Sales team. Someone who has cultivated an existing network of dental professionals open to strategic practice-enhancing solutions. Someone with empathy and tenacity who thrives on truly understanding customer needs while sourcing, cultivating, nurturing, and closing business.
- A solid foundation of sales experience usually acquired through at least 5 years in a B2B sales role with proven success in closing deals
- Specific experience with an established base of dental practitioners and office managers
- An affinity for technology-empowered equipment and digital solutions
- A focus on driving results by following up with prospects, honouring commitments and creating opportunities for new lead generation
- Exceptional communication skills – the ability to listen and probe to identify prospect needs coupled with a flair for expressing technical concepts in a straightforward manner
- Proficiency with MS Office productivity and reporting tools as well as CRM databases
- An understanding of how a dental practice operates would be a major asset
